Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Apparel, accessories, and mugs may take up to 3 business days in production before they are shipped, and all wall decor may take up to 10 business days in production before shipping.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY and FULFILLMENT:
Once your item(s) are packed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Once fulfilled, the estimated arrival time is from 5 to 15 business days, depending on the courier's efficiency. We ship orders using the following couriers, depending on the delivery destination: the United States Postal Service (USPS), the United Parcel Service (UPS), or DHL. Occasionally, some items are back-ordered, which may delay this estimate; however, if there are any significant delays outside of the estimated timelines aforementioned, we will contact you via email to let you know.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
Currently, we are unable to ship outside the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and vary based on several factors, including weight, size, and additional dimensions.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these case-by-case but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
